Specialized in Fractional Investment Programs, Stewart has pioneered models that return capital to investors through innovative fractional investment applications. His extensive background spans across hospitality and resort development, mining, agriculture, banking, and private equity.

With deep expertise in real estate and project development, Stewart has led high-level joint ventures with operational partners in the cruise and hospitality sectors. His strategic vision brings financial and operational solutions to complex projects now applied to Ngandu’s transformation journey.

Amorinho Kiangala Malombo is a visionary businessman, co-director, and successor of Ngandu Village. He is also the founder and director of AMOLECTRO GLOBAL LTD, an international company focused on electrical systems, safety technologies, and infrastructure development. AMOLECTRO GLOBAL LTD is also A platform serves as a bridge connecting funding institutions with both government and private sector stakeholders to implement development projects across Sub-Saharan Africa, using models such as Fractional Investment Model, BOT, EPC+F, and PPP.

With over 20 years of experience in electrical installations, fire safety systems, and access control, Amorinho began his career in 2005 at the Belgian firm TEVEAN, which was later acquired by SPIE Belgium, a European leader in multi-technical services. As Site Manager, Amorinho led teams of 10 to 15 technicians on large-scale electrical projects, delivering high-quality results and earning strong professional references.

In 2019, after nearly 15 years in the field, Amorinho launched AMOLECTRO—initially an electrical contracting business. Within a year, it evolved into a full-service renovation company offering turnkey building solutions in Antwerp, working with real estate developers and subcontractors to transform urban spaces.

Today, Amorinho is focused on transformational development projects across Africa, with a special commitment to the Democratic Republic of Congo. Through his leadership in Ngandu and his international business ventures, he is actively building bridges between America, Asia, Europe and Africa, leveraging a strong global network to unlock opportunities in infrastructure, energy, real estate, and community development.
